Bouza's 'Bodega Boutique' is a family owned and managed estate. They passionately believe that working on a smaller scale produces better wines, taking great care in applying this outlook to every stage of the winemaking process. The estate consists of two vineyards. One beside the winery in Melilla, 3 miles from the Santa Lucia River.
