In the mid-1900s, Don Pablo Pérez Zañartu bought the Liguai de Huelquén estate in Alto Maipo valley in the foothills of the Andes and together with his wife and eleven children began to develop agricultural activities that today has become Viña Pérez Cruz as a memorial to its founder.
Pérez Cruz are a boutique wine producer concentrating on making fine red wines with 'proper identity and expressing all the qualities of the Maipo Alto", one of Chile's highest altitude wine producing valleys at over 500m.
