“The nose is bursting with aromas of cut grass, lemon zest and citronella. On the palate the wine is surprisingly mouthfilling and complex though fresh and energetic. Flavours range from herbal through asparagus to ripe lime always with an underlying minerality. Finishes as clean and razor sharp as it starts, although flavours linger tantalizingly.”
