Bouza Albariño

Uruguay - Canelones - Las Violetas Bouza Albariño

Eduardo's comment

“Pale yellow in colour, with marked green tones. Intense aromas, with a floral beginning that becomes citric with pink grapefruit aromas, over the presence of honeyed pears. Sweet in the mouth at the beginning, combining fresh fruits and citrus flavours. It has good acidity, is well structured and has good length that reflects the first impression.”

A delightful Albarino. A hint of green. Fizz, which is surprising in a 4 year old wine, but delightful. Great with seafood, tapas. Definitely one of Bouza's best productions.
