O. Fournier Bcrux

Argentina - Mendoza - Uco Valley - La Consulta - Pareditas - El Cepillo O. Fournier Bcrux

José Mario's comment

“Sweet lifted red fruit aromas with underlying dark complex notes. On the palate the ripe and concentrated fruit flavours are beautifully balanced with the fine oak tannins to create a full and voluptuous flavour profile.”

The names of the "Alfa Crux" and "Beta Crux" wines are based on the names of two stars of the Southern Cross.

This constellation is only visible in the Austral (southern)Hemisphere.

The ostrich on the label symbolises the joining of the earth and the sky. The Argentinean Mocovi Indians captured this through paintings in the caves they inhabited and through different legends that were passed from generation to generation.
