Grappa Blanca (de Orujo de Uvas Blancas), Tapaus

Argentina - Mendoza Grappa Blanca (de Orujo de Uvas Blancas), Tapaus

This white-grape grappa was distilled in 2004 from the pomace of grapes grown in the Mendoza region:
Chenin Blanc from San Martín
Sauvignon Blanc from Lunlunta
Chardonnay from Lunlunta and Perdriel

The intense aroma shows hints of honey (white clover), fresh grapes, raisins, vanilla, home-made bread, and hay, with the Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc notes standing out.

In the mouth, it is both smooth and perceptibly sweet yet with a pleasant, somewhat dry finish
